Frequently Asked Questions
What is sensory-inclusive interior design?
Sensory-inclusive interior design is the art of creating highly personalized spaces that accommodate unique sensory needs to promote overall well-being. It incorporates principles of organization, acoustics, lighting, texture, and color, carefully modifying them to meet personal needs. Sensory-inclusive interior design includes the customization of private “escape spaces” for retreat, as well as louder, more active spaces for re-energizing. This allows all children to experience higher levels of comfort and contentment so that they and their families may flourish.
